Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Familes
EFT is a well researched form of couples therapy that is used with couples and families to decrease distance, conflict, and hurt. The goal of EFT is to increase connection, and a sense of comfort and appreciation within a couple or family. When partners or family members feel safe, communication improves, connection improves, and if present, issues like depression, anxiety, and addiction are able to be better addressed.
Research outlining the effectiveness of EFT has found that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery and approximately 90% show significant improvements. |

"Today, we have cracked the code of love. We now know what a good love relationship looks and feels like. Even better, we can shape it. For the first time, we have a map that can guide us in creating, healing and sustaining love."
